Frances Chou was the interpreter for this event and also serve as the speaker on the various legal issues. Pacific Rim Entrepreneur Summit took place in Shanghai, China on October 23 to 25, 2008. Aaron Schechter and Frances Chou were both on the planning committee, and acted as speaker/moderater at this Summit. USC Marshall’s Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies and its Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) are the co-developers of the Summit, in partnership with entrepreneur programs/centers from 17 business schools at leading universities in the Pacific Rim.
